Requirements
- Diagnose, research and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Manage, deploy, maintain, and monitor company’s customer applications infrastructure.
- Perform software installations and updates
- Defectively advise and assist on appropriate action.
- Provide accurate information on IT products and services.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Windows
- Experience with Office365
